Birthdays- If you’d like to celebrate your child’s birthday, please contact me a day or two in advance. Please keep it simple with any of the following: cupcakes, brownies, doughnuts, cookies, juice. Please no cakes. We usually celebrate before the last recess (around 1:45). Or you can bring the treats at lunch (12:00)
Shoe laces: Please help your child practice tying their shoelaces. There are many kids tripping over them. Every child should know how to tie their shoes by the end of kindergarten.
Homework- Homework is due on Thursdays. New HW goes home on Fridays.
Spelling Test- Every Thursday
Addition Facts Tests- Every Friday
Library- Every Wednesday after lunch. We also go to the library on Monday mornings to take AR tests and check out books too.
